Subscription payments

All subscription fees are billed in advance. After the 14-day refund window, payments are non-refundable, including partial refunds for unused time or downgrades.

Accidental or duplicate charges

If you believe you were incorrectly charged (such as a duplicate payment or billing error), please contact us within 14 days so we can review the case and issue a refund where appropriate.

Service issues

If the service is unavailable or not functioning due to an error on our side, we may, at our discretion, provide a refund or account credit.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future charges but does not trigger refunds for previous billing periods.

Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in temporary suspension of your account.
